Who We Are
ProLine Restoration is an IICRC-certified property damage restoration contractor working across the Greater Toronto Area. We restore homes and commercial properties after water damage, basement flooding, mold growth, fire and smoke damage, and asbestos exposure, and we carry out the reconstruction ourselves rather than handing it to a separate contractor.
We serve homeowners, landlords, property managers and insurance adjusters across Toronto, North York, Scarborough, East York, York Region and Durham Region. Our Story
We started ProLine Restoration with a simple premise: GTA homeowners deserve a local restoration company that actually responds fast, does the work in-house, and stays until the job is finished. Too many water damage and mold calls across Toronto and Durham were being serviced by companies that took two hours to arrive, subcontracted out the reconstruction, and disappeared as soon as the invoice cleared.
We built our operation around being the opposite of that. Every truck is loaded with the full emergency kit: industrial extractors, commercial dehumidifiers, air movers, moisture meters, thermal imaging, containment materials. Our technicians are IICRC-certified, full-time employees (not subcontractors), and our project managers stay on the same job from the first call to the final walk-through.

Our Team
Our crew is full-time, directly employed, and rotates through the full restoration scope - water damage extraction, mold remediation, fire restoration, reconstruction. This matters for two reasons. First, consistency: the person who assesses your emergency at 2 AM is on the same team as the crew rebuilding your kitchen three weeks later. Second, accountability: we cannot hide behind "that was a different subcontractor" when something needs to be fixed.
Every project gets a dedicated project manager who is your single point of contact throughout the restoration. You do not talk to a dispatcher, then a field technician, then an office scheduler, then a reconstruction contractor. You talk to your PM.
Where We Work
We work across the Greater Toronto Area: Toronto including North York, Scarborough, East York and Etobicoke, plus York Region, Durham Region and Peel. We are on-site within 60 minutes, 24/7, and we know the housing stock in each of them.
A fire call in a 1965 Scarborough bungalow has predictable scope we can price on the phone. A basement flood in Bay Ridges, Ajax, has a known pattern tied to the 1970s construction. An attic mold call in Don Mills follows the same script we have seen a hundred times. That local expertise means more accurate initial scoping, faster dispatch, and better outcomes for homeowners.
Community Involvement
We are an active part of the North York and Scarborough business community, partner with several GTA insurance brokers on education and claims best practices, and contribute to disaster-response efforts during major flooding events. When the July 2013 storm hit, we were working 24-hour shifts for weeks, and we do the same for every subsequent major event.
